Description
I have posted several photos of other "J" Baldwin DT-6-6-2000's already. This pair are carrying EMD prime movers which is obvious because of the wider hood stepped out just above the walk-ways. An un-modded engine is at Original Equipment.
This pair is tugging a rather unusual consist... a loaded ore train to the mills in Gary. These cars were not usually seen around Chicago. They were usually captive on the DM&IR in the Michigan Upper Peninsula (the other UP) and Wisconsin.
Both the DM&IR and EJ&E used to be owned by US Steel.
