An OLD Whiting Trackmobile used for spotting one or two cars at the CO-OP grain elevator. It can drop the tires and roll sideways off the rails to avoid the need for run-around track moves.

I can believe it, I think that the Southeastern Railway Museum has one. They are very odd little things, but very useful.

Why does that Engine have a E Shelf Coupler? Those were suppose to be for Tankers only?

That's a very interesting question. I can only guess that perhaps it was used at one time to switch tanks at an oil industry. Perhaps in south Texas. Just guessing!
