Train Watching

Fifteen minutes ago the red signals you can see here as well as the greens displayed on the opposite side of the mast told me that UP dispatch had decided to reverse the normal order of the day and send a westbound on the right-hand main... the opposite of normal running on the old C&NW tracks to Omaha. Now here comes a westbound double-stack, blurry in the afternoon heat, starting to drop down the hill into the Fox River valley.
