Description
The SP&S had a tidy fleet of well maintained Alco's long after other roads had run them into the ground. They were dirty from regular use but never smoky like their Eastern counterparts. This RS2 is leading an immaculate caboose moving tank cars around Pasco's industry.

I grew up in Wishram, which was 125 railroad miles west of here. This was probably the Yellepit Turn as the yard jobs in Pasco were all Northern Pacific. I rode this as a child with my Father many times. Now I work for the BNSF at Spokane, WA/Hauser Id. Terminal as an engineer. I worked to Pasco for over 25 Years from Wishram and Spokane. It has been interesting over the Years. Now I model the SP&S in HO scale. I model all the original Hill lines, but mostly the SP&S.
