When the Burlington was running fan trips with the 4960 and the 5632, someone realized that the small drivered 4960 looked a bit odd pulling passenger cars and fan trip pictures looked fake anyway so at least twice they ran trips where the 4960 was used to do real work, making drops and pickups along the route. Here in Hinckley, Illinois on a hot June day in 1965 this restored Mike is chuffing through the grass spotting box cars.
