Car #5

Chicago South Shore & South Bend car number 5 backs down to the platforms in Gary, Indiana in May 1968. In case you are wondering, I shot this from the rear cab of another pair of cars pulling away.

Note the turnout in front of #5. There are no guardrails opposite the frog.

I think I need to revisit this location.
